How to Use

Nightly, after cleansing and allowing skin to dry completely. Apply a thin layer to the base of the upper lash line only. Do not apply to the lower lid or any other areas. Wait 90 seconds for the product to dry before applying any other product. If irritation, inflammation or swelling develops, discontinue use and consult a physician.
