These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases of products and services — including treatments and consultations — from us via the website, phone or email.

Definitions

• Products: Skincare and cosmetic goods sold via the website.
• Services: Consultations, treatments, courses and appointment-based services.
• Consumer: An individual buying for personal use.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 to purchase treatments or book services. Product purchases are available to those aged 18+ (or 16+ with parental permission). We may request ID and refuse or cancel bookings if eligibility cannot be verified.

Information on this website — including routines, blogs, quizzes and recommendations — is general information and not medical advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Always read labels and follow instructions. Patch test where appropriate. If you have allergies, skin conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical care, seek medical advice before using our products or booking services.

Treatments, Consultations and Client Responsibility

You must provide accurate health and skin information — including allergies, pregnancy, medications and recent procedures — prior to treatment. We may refuse or postpone treatment if we consider it unsuitable or unsafe. If you withhold relevant information, we may be unable to refund treatment charges. You agree to follow all reasonable pre- and post-care instructions provided by our clinical team.

Ordering Products (Online Shop)

A contract forms when we send an order acceptance or despatch confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock issues, payment failure or suspected fraud. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout. Stock is subject to availability.

Treatment Bookings, Deposits and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed when we send written confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Less than 24 hours or no-show	Full session charge applies

Treatment Quality and Complaints

We provide all services with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong, you may be entitled to repeat performance or a price reduction under consumer law. Please contact us within 7 days of your treatment to report any issues, with photographs where relevant.

Gift Cards, Packages and Promotions

• Gift cards: Valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Packages: Subject to expiry and transferability terms. Missed appointments may count as used sessions.
• Promotions: Subject to stated terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review or any content, you confirm it is truthful, lawful and non-infringing. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
