This policy covers UK delivery costs, timeframes, dispatch details, and everything concerning the delivery of orders placed with Aesthetic Cellology.

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.

Order Cut-Off and Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday are dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or over the weekend, are dispatched the next working day. Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries falling on public holidays may be adjusted accordingly.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@aestheticcellology.co.uk or call 0208 054 6898.

Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

Returns

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original sealed packaging. A prepaid return label is provided. For the return address and full instructions, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
