Shipping Policy

This policy covers UK delivery costs, timeframes, dispatch details, international shipping, and all information concerning the delivery of orders placed through Aesthetic Cellology.

UK Delivery

UK standard delivery costs £4.99 per order. Orders over £75 qualify for free UK standard delivery. All UK orders are delivered within 1–4 business days.

Order Cutoff and Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day. Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery options and estimated costs are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are calculated based on the time the order is placed, handling time, and transit time. Deliveries falling on public holidays may be adjusted accordingly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@aestheticcellology.co.uk or call 0208 054 6898.

Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to you on delivery. If parcels are marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours at info@aestheticcellology.co.uk so we can investigate.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge re-delivery fees.

International Shipping (Customs, Duties, and Taxes)

Charges: If ordering from outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties, customs fees, and local taxes when the parcel arrives in your country. These are set by your local authority and are your responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local carrier processes.

Refused Delivery / Unpaid Duties (International)

If you refuse delivery, fail to pay duties or taxes, or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we may issue a refund minus any direct costs we incur (e.g., return shipping fees, customs return costs, or handling fees).

Return Shipping Costs
