Obagi-C C-Balancing Toner 198ml is an alcohol-free, non-drying toner specifically formulated for normal to oily skin as Step 2 in the Obagi-C Fx System. The Obagi-C C-Balancing Toner stabilises the skin’s natural pH after cleansing, removes residual excess oil and impurities from within the pores, and prepares the skin for optimal absorption of subsequent Obagi-C treatment products. Furthermore, witch hazel and aloe vera work together to purify and soothe the skin without causing dryness or irritation.

How to Use
Use daily morning and evening as Step 2 in the Obagi-C Fx System, after cleansing with C-Cleansing Gel. Apply 3–4 pumps to a cotton pad and gently wipe over the entire face. Allow to dry completely. Do not rinse. Follow immediately with the next step in your Obagi-C routine.
